Depending on which service you choose, you can expect to feel a deep sensation of relaxation and well-being after your session. After cupping, you can expect to see circular discolorations; this is normal, Olivia will explain the reasons for each color. They won't hurt and will dissipate within a week or so.

You can expect some soreness after a deep tissue session; but after as little as 24 hours, total relief from the underlying issue that guided you to deep tissue massage.

Some redness is normal after facials, as each boosts circulation and causes intentional inflammation.
